LAKE WYLIE, NORTH CAROLINA / SOUTH CAROLINA
Gerendák
This elevated lake house is a modern architecture showcase. Our Bauwerk Aluminum curtain wall system combined with tilt-and-turn windows, a large lift-and-slide door and glazed entrance doors enable a unique fusion of architectural elements and uninterrupted views.

SONOMA, CALIFORNIA
Sonoma Farmhouse & Recreational Barn
Located among the vineyards of Sonoma, this marvelous new construction farmhouse uses Bauwerk’s aluminum Slim Line 38 windows and Masterline pivot entrance doors. Overlooking a pond, a recreational barn combines the same window line with an oversized steel tilt-up door, also provided by Bauwerk.

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA
Wittehaus 2
Located in an urban setting, this new build in Charlotte, NC uses our Bauwerk uPVC tilt-and-turn windows, lift-and-slide and entrance doors to provide both a modern asthetic and excellent energy efficiency. It achieves a luxury feel while staying affordable.
